What do you like?

It allows us to handle our remote projects through its rapid integrations with collaboration tools we use thus ensuring business connectivity at all times.It is flexible and effeciency in that in it is able to handle an organizations changing needs.

What do you dislike?

It is only available in Windows currently hence would be a great idea to consider its execution in Mac operating system to be abit more inclusive since it is a cloud based ERP.

What problems is it solving?

Automation of processes has enabled us handle larger volume of tasks with automation of repetitive tasks allowing us to dwell on much essential activities thus saving on time altogether.

Acumatica is easy to use and gives us the visibility we need. The software scales with our business and is personalized to work best for us.

What do you dislike?

I have not yet learned Acumatica's back end customizations, and utilize our third party partners for any requests I have.

What problems is it solving?

We are running multiple businesses within the software, and switching between them, or doing comparison reports is so easy.

Acumatica creates a client ecosystem that can become a "one-stop shop" for many customers. This allows them to create a quick click through system for business all in one place rather than having a million different portals to fit their needs.

What do you dislike?

Training can seem difficult for some, especially construction industry people who have a more difficult time leaning into and using new technologies. A training portal tom input some information for trialing the software interactively would be cool and useful for some.

What problems is it solving?

Acumatica is solving quicker click-through and more canceling capabilities to cancel certain action items while also recording and keeping tabs on this so that there is no confusion about what people have done in the past.

Being cloud software helps us to platform our jobs from any where. Easy to use and its interconnect with all the documents around the clinet. and projects

What do you dislike?

As an accountant, when we receive a cash payment on-site, we are not able to generate cash receipt. If we can add this feature will help us to improve our cash management process.

What problems is it solving?

Able to customize your reports based on your requirement. Ability to create your own dashboard to navigate yourself and your team team to able to see the daily task around your job responsibilty.

Allows you to optimize remote collaborations for your business with the rapid integration of your business process thus making reporting easy. We are able to plan in advance and schedule our work easily.

What do you dislike?

Though have not used it for a very long time and experienced a major setback would be great if they expanded their their usage on devices apart from Windows OS so as to accommodate other consumers as Mac OS.

What problems is it solving?

Simplified user interface has enabled data integrity to be maintained specifically with Acumatica enabling us to replace custom legacy systems. We are able to remotely collaborate data thus effeciency in operations.

The ability to customize your environment (screens, events, triggers, reports) to fit the unique needs of your business is unparallel.

What do you dislike?

The forced partner (middleman sales/support) between the customer and Acumatica. Sometimes they slow the process down more than they help.

What problems is it solving?

Automation. We are moving towards a lot of event-based next-step automation.

What do you like?

I would say community and the ability to learn and grow with the product. Amazing people that care and want to understand your needs. Used and implemented many many ERP, but Acumatica is one that I would keep coming back to.

What do you dislike?

The trace and error codes are not helpful sometimes and its sometimes hard to trace the problem.

What problems is it solving?

Connecting all of our departments from engineering, manufacturing, installation, project management, and service. Also, before Acumatica we had abysmal reporting and data integrity; this is something that Acumatica is starting to solve this problem

The integration of systems and cloud-based platform were essential for an ERP to support our growing company. An added benefit was Acumatica's cost structure allows us to share data across our managers.

What do you dislike?

The report writing can be a little challenging, but a little time with their training videos, and I've been able to set up our monthly reporting package. The search feature and tracking down the specific data in the CRM can be confusing and a little too much trial and error.

What problems is it solving?

We have saved time and money by moving to Acumatica, which was scalable for our growth. The time is maintaining a lean accounting staff while growing, and the money is saving on user licensing fees. We have been able to stay cash positive and not get into our line of credit with the visibility that Acumatica has provided.
